Focus Group Survey Terms and Conditions: 

Welcome to Cernucci’s Community Focus Group. We appreciate your interest in participating in our focus group survey. Before you proceed, please take the time to read and understand the following terms and conditions. Your participation in the survey implies your agreement to comply with these terms. 

 

  1. Eligibility:
  • Participants must be 18 years or older to take part in the focus group survey. 
  • Participants must reside in the United Kingdom to be eligible. 

 

  1. Voluntary Participation:
  • Participation in the focus group survey is entirely voluntary, and participants may withdraw at any time without penalty. 
  • Participants are requested to confirm their attendance (RSVP). In the event of withdrawal, a minimum notice of one week is required to facilitate proper adjustments. 

 

  1. Confidentiality:
  • All information shared during the focus group discussion, including personal details and opinions, will be treated as confidential. 
  • Participants are prohibited from disclosing any information discussed during the survey to third parties. 

 

  1. Recording and Analysis:
  • The focus group discussion will be recorded for analysis purposes only. Recordings will be securely stored and accessible only to authorised personnel. 
  • No participant's identity will be disclosed in any published reports or findings without explicit consent. 

 

  1. Informed Consent:
  • Participants will be required to provide informed consent before participating in the focus group survey. 
  • The consent form will outline the purpose of the survey, the recording and analysis process, and the confidentiality measures. 

 

  1. Respectful Conduct:
  • Participants are expected to engage in the focus group discussion with respect for others' opinions. 
  • Any form of disruptive behaviour, harassment, or offensive language will not be tolerated. 

 

  1. Compensation:
  • Participants may be eligible to receive compensation in the form of gifted items from our website. 
  • The nature and value of the gifted items will be clearly communicated before the survey begins. 
  • NSG Media Ltd reserves the right to modify the compensation structure at any time, with changes communicated to participants. 

 

  1. Data Security:
  • Personal data collected during the survey will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws. 
  • Data will be stored securely and used solely for the purposes outlined in the consent form. 

 

  1.  Travel Expenses:

 

  • Participants are responsible for covering their own travel expenses to and from the designated location where the focus group survey will take place. 
  • NSG Media Ltd will not reimburse participants for any travel-related costs, including but not limited to transportation, accommodation, and meals. 
  • It is the participant's responsibility to plan and arrange for their travel arrangements, ensuring timely arrival for the scheduled focus group session. 

 

  1. Contact Information:
  • Participants must provide accurate and up-to-date contact information for communication related to the focus group survey. 

 

  1.  Changes to Terms and Conditions:
  • NSG Media Ltd reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes.
