Our Lifetime Guarantee Policy entitles you to one complimentary repair of your Cernucci piece. This policy is only valid if you experience defects in craftsmanship or breakage and is voided under any user damage issues (scratches, intentional breakage, water damage).

Note: We do not accept returns for custom products or solid gold orders as they are made-to-order and cannot be resold. All earrings sales are also final.

Cancel your order:

We are only able to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing, unless next day delivery is selected. We cannot cancel orders if your order has been boxed and shipped. Email support@cernucci.com to request this.

We allow up to 14 days from date of delivery to request your return. After this time period our system will not allow for it. Returns postage is paid for by the customer.

Please make sure you have tracking and proof of weight for the parcel you're returning.

Currently our DC holds any returned item for a period of 48 hours for quarantine purposes. When your item is received our DC will automatically process the refund or replacement and subsequently send a confirmation email. We do not currently cover the return shipping cost for the customer.

Please note, all items must be in the original packaged condition in order for us to accept your return. A returns slip complete with address information will be created automatically within the returns system, which can be printed direct or emailed to you.


The free item ordered with the item you want to return must be sent back in order for the refund to be processed. Otherwise we reserve the right to reject the refund request.
