Shipping Information
US and Canada orders are shipped from the US. UK, EU & ROW orders are shipped from the UK. All orders placed before 4pm will be shipped the same day, after 4pm the order will be shipped the following day.

Custom Orders
Custom orders will take up to 6 weeks to arrive as these products are made to order and are subject to specific testing and quality control. Please note, even if next day delivery is selected for custom products as the shipment method, the 6 week delivery still applies. We advise selecting the cheapest shipping option.
During the Chinese New Year holiday period, please expect a 2-3 week delay for your custom product.

Combined Stock
We have two dedicated fulfilment centres shipping worldwide to ensure a the quickest delivery times for our customers! We aim to fulfil US & Canada orders from our US centre and UK, EU & Rest Of World from the UK.
On exceptionally rare cases, the preferred fulfilment centre may be out of stock of the product you ordered. Since our website currently shows a combined stock level, to avoid the disappointment of missing out, your order may be shipped from the centre that has the stock to fulfil it! This means you may experience delivery delays and on very rare occasions, customs fees. Unfortunately at present, we are not liable for fees that customers can incur and purchases should be made at your own discretion.

Failed Delivery
 If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender (Cernucci) at the customers expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.

Items Not Received But Tracking Shows Delivered 
Please note we do not refund or replace items that are marked as delivered by the courier. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address. Visit our FAQ page for more details.
