Custom Orders
Custom orders will take up to 6 weeks to arrive as these products are made to order. Please note, next day delivery will not apply to these orders, we suggest selecting the cheapest delivery option upon checkout. Custom products cannot be returned.
RETURNS
We want you to love your Cernucci item as much as we loved designing, creating & wearing it. That’s why, if you’re not completely happy with it, we'll exchange it or give you a refund. All we ask is that that it’s returned to us in its original condition with all original packaging, within 28 days of delivery.
