Terms and Conditions: Online Giveaway/Competition (UK, EU & USA)

 

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before participating in the online giveaway/competition ("Giveaway"). By entering the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

 

Eligibility:

  1. The Giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years or older and residents of the UK, EU & USA at the time of entry.
  2. Employees of NSG Media Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway.
  3. The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

 

Entry:

  1. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win the Giveaway.
  2. Participants may enter the Giveaway by tagging another Instagram user in the comments of the specified post by @Cernucci and following this Instagram profile.
  3. Each participant is allowed only one entry unless otherwise specified.
  4. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent will be disqualified.

 

Prize:

  1. The prize(s) for the Giveaway will be clearly described in the Giveaway announcement or promotional materials.
  2. The prize(s) is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives unless specified.
  3. The odds of winning the prize(s) depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
  4. The winner(s) will be selected through a random drawing or by a panel of judges appointed by NSG Media Ltd.
  5. The winner(s) will be notified by email, direct message, or other contact information provided at the time of entry.

 

Winner Selection and Verification:

  1. The winner(s) will be selected within [24 Hours] after the Giveaway closing date.
  2. If a selected winner(s) does not respond within [48 Hours] of the notification, another winner(s) may be selected at the discretion of NSG Media Ltd.
  3. To claim the prize, the winner(s) may be required to provide valid identification, or any other documentation as requested by NSG Media Ltd to verify eligibility.
  4. In the event that the selected winner(s) is found to be ineligible or fails to comply with these terms and conditions, the prize may be forfeited, and another winner(s) may be selected.

 

Publicity:

  1. By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to allow NSG Media Ltd to use your name, photograph, and any other information provided for promotional purposes without further compensation.

 

Privacy:

  1. Any personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and will be subject to NSG Media Ltd's privacy policy.

 

General Conditions:

  1. NSG Media Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time and for any reason.
  2. NSG Media Ltd is not responsible for any errors, omissions, interruptions, or technical malfunctions that may occur during the Giveaway.
  3. By participating in the Giveaway, you release NSG Media Ltd from any liability arising out of or in connection with the Giveaway or the prize(s) awarded.
  4. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
