Design Competition Terms & Conditons

Terms & Conditions 

1. Eligibility
This competition is open to individuals aged 16 years or over at the time of entry. All entries must be submitted by Tuesday 3rd March, 11pm GMT.

2. Entry Requirements 
All designs submitted must be original work created by the entrant. 
Entries must not infringe on any third-party rights, including copyright, trademarks, or intellectual property. 
Any plagiarised or unoriginal work will be disqualified. 
 
3. Submission 
Designs must be submitted via the official submission method outlined on this page. 

Only submissions received before the stated deadline will be considered. 
File formats and guidelines provided in the starter pack must be followed.

4. Design Usage 
By submitting an entry, entrants grant Cernucci the right to review, display, and share submitted designs for judging, promotional, and marketing purposes. 

Winning designs may be adapted, modified, or produced by Cernucci at their discretion. 
Ownership and commercial use of winning designs will be agreed directly with the selected winners.

5. Prizes 
Prizes will be awarded to three winners as follows:
• 1st Place -  £1,000 cash
• 2nd Place -  £500 cash
• 3rd place - £250 cash
Prizes will be paid via bank transfer to the account details provided by the winners.
Only one entrant will receive the 1st place prize of £1,000.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or substituted for alternative amounts or other rewards.
Winners will be contacted using the details provided at the time of submission. If a winner does not respond within a reasonable timeframe, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

6. Judging 
Entries will be judged by the Cernucci team based on creativity, originality, and suitability for the brand. 
All judging decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Disqualification 
Cernucci reserves the right to disqualify any entry that breaches these terms or is deemed inappropriate or offensive.
