All order placed on or after 26th November can now be returned up until 31st December.

Did you know we offer size exchanges in the UK to take the hassle out of getting your size right. We also offer Store Credit as a refund option. If you choose this, we’ll add an extra 10% to your credit so you have more to spend on your next Cernucci order.

HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Need to return or exchange something? No stress - we've got you. If your item is within the returns period, you don't need a printer!

WHAT TO KNOW

We want you to love your Cernucci pieces as much as we love designing, creating & wearing them. That’s why, if you’re not completely happy with it, we’ll give you a full refund. All we ask is that the return is created and shipped back to us, in its original condition with all original packaging, within the below stated timeframes from receiving your order:

UK – 14 Days
EU– 14 Days
US & Canada – 28 Days

  • Returns & exchanges are accepted within the above returns window
  • Items must be returned unworn and in original packaging
  • Earrings, custom items, swimwear and underwear are non-returnable
  • Purchases via retail partners must be returned through them
  • Buy on Get one Free returns – Both items must be returned together. If only one is returned your refund may be reduced or declined.
