How do you benefit from giving out products for free?

It is not giving me a shipping method, so I cannot complete my order. Why?

This is because you have more than 10 FREE ITEMS in your basket. We restrict to 10 FREE ITEMS per transaction. 

What about the quality of the products?

In order for this campaign to work, we must guarantee fantastic quality on all of our products. This is critical to ensure that Cernucci is known worldwide. We wouldn't expect our customers to recommend this brand if our products were not up to par. So, naturally, we have focused on providing you the best we can manage.

I'm afraid to pay online, is this safe?

Yes, It's 100% safe. When you enter your payment details, we actually do not have access to any of this information. All payments on our site are processed by a third party authorised payment processor. They use the latest generation encryption protocols and safety measures that are the best in the field. You can't be safer than that.

I ordered multiple items and some have arrived before others. Is there a problem?

No! Our warehouses will ship your items separately and there will be different delivery times.

What shall I do if something goes wrong?
